Läänemaa Museum

The permanent exhibition called "Possibility of Life in Läänemaa" illustrates the history and culture of Haapsalu and the county of Läänemaa.

Periodic temporary exhibitions are held in its own house and outside. The oldest preserved monument in the world dedicated to Fr. Schiller is also located at the museum.
The museum has been operating in the former town hall of Haapsalu (constructed in 1775) since 1950.

15. May – 15. September: Wed–Sun 10:00-18:00
15. September – 15. May: Wed–Sun 11:00-16:00
